Your privacy is important to you, and it is to us as well. When you first emailed us with information regarding yourself and your dog we collected that information and put in a database to help identify your interests in building a dog park.

We do collect name, address, phone, email and dog name information - and any other information you may volunteer. But you will be asked if you want to share any or all of this information with others before we share it with anyone.

We will also collect information regarding activities and working groups you are interested in volunteering/participating in. This information may be shared as a matter of record to identify attendance at meetings. Additionally, any meetings held that are of public record - in association with the City of Durham Parks and Recreation Department - may list your name as part of the public record of attendance. This website does not resell or share any personal information regarding you or your pet to any commercial entity. This website cannot be responsible for information that you may share with others by posting to the electronic mailing lists, during events, meetings and volunteer activities.
