You Can Get Here From There!Durham's dog park is at Piney Wood Park. Piney Wood Park is located at the intersection of Woodcroft Parkway and Woodlake Drive (between Fayetteville Road and Barbee Road) at the back of the Woodlake subdivision in southwest Durham. PLEASE SEE DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS BELOW THE MAP.
From points East: Take I-40 West to the Fayetteville Road Exit (Southpoint Mall). At top of ramp lights, turn right onto Fayetteville Road. Proceed two sets of lights. At second light - Woodcroft Parkway - turn right into Woodlake subdivision. Proceed to intersection of Woodcroft Parkway and Woodlake drive. Piney Wood Park is on the right.
From points West: Take I-40 East to the Fayetteville Road Exit (Southpoint Mall). At top of ramp lights, turn left onto Fayetteville Road. Cross bridge to lights at route 54. Proceed across route 54 to the light at Woodcroft Parkway. Turn right into Woodlake subdivision. Proceed to intersection of Woodcroft Parkway and Woodlake drive. Piney Wood Park is on the right.
From points North: Take I-85/15-501 South to 15/501 South toward South Square/Chapel Hill. At Garrett Road light, turn left. Proceed approximately 2 miles to Hope Valley Road/751 - second light. At light make left onto Hope Valley Road. Proceed to traffic light at Woodcroft Parkway, turn right. Follow Woodcroft Parkway across Fayetteville Road (light) into Woodlake subdivision. Proceed to intersection of Woodcroft Parkway and Woodlake drive. Piney Wood Park is on the right.
